Who is ordinaryjae?
Jae is just a simpleton that has too many interests for her own good - but ordinaryjae is a shop set up by a team of people. Jen, who handles all of the business and smarticle number-like things and Marvin who is a wizard when it comes to all the back-end nonsense on the website. 

How did you get into design and printing your art?
I was always drawing since I was young but once junior year of high school came around I realized that I couldn't imagine a life where art wasn't a big part of my life (aka I didn't have other skills or interests that I could make into a career). I started this shop after years of people passively asking if I sold prints or the stuff I made - after a nice ol' nudge from my family and close friends the shop became a reality.

From good ol' dirty Jerz (New Jersey, USA)

What is your return policy?

What if my product comes damaged?
Boo - no one likes to receive damaged goods. Please send us pictures of the damage at ordinaryjae.log@gmail.com and we will ship out a new order to you.

How are the products packaged?
Prints are packaged in a clear cello bag with a stiff cardboard backing and shipped in a stiff mailer to boot. 

How are the prints priced?

Do you do personal commissions?
At the moment, I am not accepting commissions due to the load of work I currently have. If you would like to know when I open for commission, please follow my instagram as I will update on there.
